Welcome and Arrival
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative guide/driver. They will assist you with your luggage and guide you to western Uganda for your Wildlife Safari. As you travel across the beautiful landscape of central Uganda, characterized by rolling hills and cultivated terraces, you'll make a stop in Mbarara for an en route lunch. After checking in to the lodge, you have the option to enjoy an evening game drive in the park.
Day 1 – Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport:
- Warm welcome by our representative guide/driver.
- Assistance with luggage and transfer to western Uganda for your Wildlife Safari.
- Travel through central Uganda's picturesque landscape with rolling hills and terraces.
- Stop in Mbarara for en route lunch.
After checking in at the lodge:
- Evening game drive to admire landscapes and search for local fauna including bush bucks, bush duikers, impalas, zebras, giraffes, Uganda kob, and elephants.

Day 2 – Boat Cruise on Lake Mburo and Return to Kampala
Your day begins with a sumptuous breakfast, followed by a boat cruise on Lake Mburo. This lake is home to a diverse range of animal, plant, and bird species. After the boat cruise:
- Return to the lodge for lunch.
- Check out and enjoy a brief game drive as you leave the park.
- Proceed back to Entebbe with a stop at the Equator in Masaka for snacks, photographs, and souvenirs.
You will arrive in Entebbe later in the evening and be transferred to Entebbe International Airport in time for your flight out of Uganda. This concludes your two-day Lake Mburo Wildlife Safari. We hope to host you again!
